About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced
Family Lawyer
with a minimum of four years of practice in Ontario family law to join their growing remote practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and working in a supportive and collaborative virtual environment. The successful candidate will handle a range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, custody, access, and support, while delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution

Draft pleadings, financial statements, agreements, and court documents

Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings

Provide strategic legal advice on all aspects of family law

Maintain strong communication with clients and uphold professional standards

Collaborate with team members and contribute to the continued growth of the practice

What We're Looking For

Licensed and in good standing with the
Law Society of Ontario

Minimum
4 years of family law experience
in Ontario

Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage files independently

Comfortable working remotely and using digital case management tools
