Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. to pre-check homes for proper surfaces before our installers show up. As well to do post checks for flawless finishes afterwards

strong understanding of construction practices, particularly in flooring installation and tile laying,

Will train for the right fit full time , competitive pay to cover low rise houses and high rise builds

Duties

  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • .
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement in processes and product quality.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities. with cloud software provided
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on inspection findings to enhance product quality.
  • Assist in training team members on quality assurance practices and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction, particularly in flooring installation and tile laying.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
