We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team.
Currently we have openings at the following locations:
~ 6460 Centre Street NE Calgary, AB
~ th Ave NE Calgary, AB
This person has the working availability Monday through Sunday, early morning/afternoon/evening. This means the successful candidate must have the ability to work various shifts to accommodate the needs of the restaurant. These shifts do not exceed a 40 hour work week.
We are looking for individuals that have:
- Enthusiasm towards their career and the people around them
- A minimum of one year experience in Tim Hortons
- Open and flexible availability to work Monday through Sunday early morning/afternoon/evening shifts
- Reliable means of transportation to and from work
- A sense of urgency and are self motivated to perform well under a variety of working conditions
- Adaptability to change and possesses the ability to make decisions
- Ability to work extremely well with our guests, employees and fellow management
- Ability to supervise and co-ordinate staff
- Has strong leadership qualities, ready to work through challenges, willing to lead the team with kindness and passion
- Leading the team in meeting daily targets and goals
- Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales, wastage
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Passionate about customer service and working as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, strong work ethic, flexible with the ability to quickly learn new skills
- Uses proper procedures to ensure quality standards are met at all times
- Helps support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to fill orders and meet guest needs
Rate: $15.50 to $16.90/hr. depending on Tim Hortons experience
