About the Role
Distinct Vancouver is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Sales Associate to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll represent one of our established national clients, promoting essential products and services that help customers manage their everyday needs more efficiently.
You'll be part of our on-the-ground marketing campaigns across the Greater Vancouver area, engaging with customers face-to-face at in-store promotions, retail displays, pop-up events, and street activations. This position is ideal for individuals who are goal-driven, personable, and passionate about creating positive customer experiences that lead to successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage directly with customers to promote and sell products and services.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional support during every interaction.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to help customers make decisions.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales and performance goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and product offerings.
• Support brand visibility by representing our clients with integrity and enthusiasm.
• Assist with the setup and presentation of promotional displays or event booths.
• Record customer interactions and sales accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that values collaboration and motivation.
