Lundi au vendredi entre 8h00 et 16h00 (Variable entre 22,5 heures et 37,5 heures par semaine)

Sous la responsabilité du superviseur service à la clientèle :

  • Assure un service à la clientèle aux marchands Metro, Richelieu, Super C, Ami Extra et aux grossistes (Montréal et Québec) par voie téléphonique.
  • Effectue des appels pour de la vente de produits en liquidation.
  • Effectue des appels pour confirmer ou refuser les demandes de crédits qualités.
  • Effectue des appels pour des retards de transmission et retard de livraison transport
  • S'assure du suivi auprès des différentes personnes ressources afin d'obtenir l'information adéquate à transmettre aux marchands.
  • Effectue différentes tâches cléricales Excel et Word

Exigences

  • Secondaire V ou l'équivalent
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle
  • Aisance dans les communications verbales (diplomatie, courtoisie)
  • Aisance avec l'informatique, logiciels et systèmes
  • Connaissance de SAP, Excel et Outlook
  • Aptitudes à transiger et/ou négocier
  • Capacité à composer avec des situations variées tout en demeurant professionnel et convivial.
