About Keyin College
Keyin College is Newfoundland and Labrador's leading post-secondary institution, empowering students through innovation, skills development, and transformative learning experiences.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Admissions Advisor to join our St. John's team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in relationship management, consultative communication, and goal-oriented work — and who want to make a meaningful difference by helping others achieve life-changing educational goals.
If you are passionate about people, energized by progress, and love seeing others succeed, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As an Admissions Advisor, you'll be both a trusted guide and strategic enrollment consultant—helping prospective students envision their future at Keyin and managing the admissions journey from first contact through enrollment. Every interaction you lead will help students make informed, confident decisions about their education.
- Engage Prospective Students: Proactively reach out to leads through calls, emails, and online inquiries, delivering a warm, informative, and personalized experience.
- Guide & Consult: Conduct one-on-one consultations and discovery sessions that help students explore their goals and find the right Keyin program to achieve them.
- Drive Enrollment Success: Manage your student pipeline with care and precision—tracking follow-ups, identifying opportunities, and celebrating conversions.
- Reignite Interest: Reconnect with students who have paused their journey, helping them regain confidence and clarity in pursuing their education.
- Track & Report: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), monitoring KPIs and ensuring consistent, quality communication.
- Collaborate & Represent: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Academic departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience and represent Keyin at career fairs, open houses, and community events.
What You Bring
We're looking for a professional who combines empathy, communication skills, and goal orientation to deliver an exceptional student experience.
- Experience in admissions, sales, account management, or customer service, ideally in an education or client-focused setting.
- Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding targets, KPIs, or enrollment goals.
- Comfort with outbound communication, pipeline management, and digital engagement.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- A growth mindset and genuine passion for helping others reach their potential.
Assets
- Experience in post-secondary education, student recruitment, or community engagement.
- Familiarity with Newfoundland and Labrador's education and employment landscape.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based commission.
- Professional Growth: Continuous training and opportunities for advancement.
- Purpose & Impact: Play a direct role in helping students transform their futures through education.
- Supportive Culture: A collaborative, mission-driven team environment.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Extended health care, EAP, paid time off, on-site parking, and company events.
Ready to Shape the Future?
If you are ready to combine your relationship-building skills with a mission that changes lives, apply today — and help students across the province take the next step toward their future with Keyin College.
