Job Overview:

Keenly Clean is a reputable residential cleaning company dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable cleaning services to homes throughout the St. John's and surrounding areas. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience, a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at client locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties in residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and tubs.
  • Wipe down countertops, windowsills, and appliances.
  • Change bed linens, empty trash bins, and perform other household cleaning tasks.
  • Use company provided cleaning products and follow safety protocols.
  • Maintain and care for cleaning equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients are satisfied with services.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and coworkers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous cleaning experience required (at least 1 year preferred).
  • Reliable transportation to travel between various client locations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be trustworthy, punctual, and professional.
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 25 lbs).
  • Valid driver's license and clean criminal record.
