We're searching for a sharp, detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to be the backbone of our 24/7 manufacturing facility. If you thrive on precision, enjoy solving complex problems, and are ready to contribute to strategic decisions, this is your chance to shine.

You would be expected to work toward the MRP Team and OKR Targets:

  • 99% Accuracy on Inventory Transactions
  • 99% Accuracy on Production Reporting
  • Zero Stock-Outs

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions within the facility and ensure proper inventory accuracy business processes are being followed.
  • Promptly addressing inventory issues to minimize delays in production. Able to provide corrective action measures when errors are found.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and present findings to inform strategic decisions.
  • Availability to work or be on call during evenings and/or weekends as required to support 24/7 manufacturing.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in supply chain management, operations, or similar field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, or operations roles.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP software and the ability to learn quickly. Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Knowledge and use of continuous improvement programs such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Comfortable with change and able to pivot in a high-growth environment.

Work Environment

  • Industrial Manufacturing
  • PPE Required: Safety boots, eye protection, ear protection.
  • Additional PPE may be required depending on the task being performed.
