Kootenay Street Village – Long-Term Care | Cranbrook, BC 

Position Type: Temporary, Part-Time (0.57 FTE)

Position End Date:   On or Before Jan 25, 2026

Shift Schedule: Days

Shift Times: :30 – 14:30 Weekdays (6 hour shifts) & 7:30 – 15:30 Weekends  (8 hours shits)

We are seeking an organized and energetic Housekeeping Aide who is committed to providing high-quality service and contributing to a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do
  • Performs all task as outlined on the daily cleaning schedules for common areas.
  • May be required to assist with laundry 
  • Responds to tenant Life Line calls
  • Organizing and prioritizing workload is an essential part of this position.
  • Operates in a safe manner and reports any present or potential health and safety hazards to the Community Manager.
  • Interacts with residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensures exterior doors are secured and locked
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
What You Bring
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a related field
  • A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
  • A negative TB test and up-to-date immunization record.
