Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technology Manager of Cybersecurity Consulting who will lead and deliver complex cybersecurity engagements across both assessment and implementation domains.

The role includes the oversight and execution of advanced cybersecurity assessments, including penetration testing coordination, Red Team and Purple Team exercises, as well as application security and vulnerability assessments aligned with industry-recognized frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, and OWASP (Top 10, ASVS).

In addition to assessment activities, this role will drive the design and implementation of cybersecurity transformation initiatives, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), security monitoring and detection capabilities, and the integration of security controls within cloud and hybrid, and DevSecOps environments.

You will work closely with experienced cybersecurity architects, engineers, and risk professionals to deliver pragmatic, business-aligned advisory services to large enterprises undergoing compliance-driven remediation, security uplift programs, and broader digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of secure system architectures for cloud, and hybrid environments in areas such as Identity and Access Management, Security Monitoring, and EDR
  • Manage the delivery of cybersecurity projects from start to end, including projects such as maturity assessments, technical security assessments, security awareness training delivery
  • Understand and clearly articulate observations and recommendations to client executive and technical teams
  • Bring technical knowledge to ensure recommendations are pragmatic and aligned with broader business and technical needs if our clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security, cloud, and technology practices
  • Work with technology vendors to select and implement cybersecurity solutions


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT risk consulting
  • 3+ years of experience working with clients and managing client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of frameworks and standards, such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS.
  • Understanding of cloud technology, including Azure and/or AWS
  • Preferred experience leading or coordinating Red Team and/or Purple Team exercises, including scenario design, execution oversight, and translation of findings into actionable security improvement plans aligned with enterprise risk priorities.
  • Preferred experience designing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity transformation programs, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), covering strategy definition, roadmap development, governance, and integration with business and IT transformation initiatives.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications, including CISSP.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar
