We have an immediate opening for a Material Handler – Shipper/Receiver.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain inventory by identifying, labeing and placing materials in stock and recording location

· Operate reach truck and other equipment to move materials

· Preform and report cycle counts

· Organuize and maintain equipment and areas using 5S methods

· Accuate and complete record keeping required, maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves and counts

· Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies

· Track, trace and update status of incoming and outgoing shipments

· Promptly unload trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables

· Excellent commincation skills, with delivery drivers, venfors and other departments

· Follow and comply with all corporate rules and instructions, including Code of Ethics, all safety rules and processes and company policies and processes

Skills and Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· 1+ years experience operating a reach truck in a manufacturing environment

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push, pull products as required

· Previous Warehouse and shipping/receiving experience is required

· Able to work rotating 8 hour shifts

· Strong communication skills

· Fluency in english, written and verbal is required

· Experience with MS Office, excel, word etc.

· Strong attention to detail, work ethic and team player

· Basic understanding of electrical circuits considered an asset
