This role is 50% client-facing and 50% technical implementation—you need to be equally comfortable running professional Zoom calls with clients and building sophisticated automation systems.This is not a short-term contract. We're looking for someone who wants to master SETR's platform, grow with the company, and eventually lead our implementation team. Your primary focus: Run client onboarding calls, gather requirements, and launch sophisticated AI-powered conversion systems within 72 hours.Core ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Communication (Critical)Run professional video calls with clients to gather requirements and build relationshipsPresent yourself professionally on camera (good lighting, clean background, professional appearance)Communicate clearly and confidently in English (this is non-negotiable)Ask the right questions to understand client offers, brand voice, objections, and funnel structureExplain technical concepts in simple terms clients can understandBuild trust and confidence during the onboarding processProvide ongoing support and communicate system optimizationsHandle client questions with patience and professionalismTechnical Implementation (72-Hour Launch Cycles)Configure SETR's voice AI with proper tone, flow, and objection intelligenceBuild qualification and disqualification logic based on client criteriaMap funnels and lead sources to appropriate workflowsSet up omnichannel follow-up sequences (voice → SMS → email → DM → WhatsApp)Integrate with client CRMs (Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, HubSpot)Configure calendar routing and booking logicRun comprehensive QA before handoffDeliver complete, working system within 72 hoursOngoing System OptimizationMonitor lead→booking conversion rates for each clientTroubleshoot channel accuracy and CRM syncing issuesImprove qualification logic based on performance dataEnsure system uptime and response accuracyProactively identify and fix funnel leaks before they impact revenueWhat You're BuildingEvery SETR system you deploy includes:Emotionally intelligent voice AI that handles objections like a top 1% setterReal-time qualification logic (price, timing, credibility, urgency)Multi-channel follow-up that's contextual and synchronized across all channelsFull-funnel awareness (knows lead source, warmth level, objection patterns)Conversion intelligence, not just automationHow to ApplyPlease submit:Your resume/portfolio with examples of automations you've built (especially n8n)A brief video introduction (2-3 minutes) where you introduce yourself and explain why you're interested in this role - this helps us assess your communication style and on-camera presenceExperience with CRM integrations (especially Pipedrive)Any background with sales funnels, lead qualification, or voice AIWhy you're interested in joining SETR long-termHow you'd approach a client onboarding call and 72-hour deploymentYour availability to startIMPORTANT: This role requires excellent English communication and professional video presence.
