Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to the field of Psychiatry using professional experience.
  • Evaluate the relevance and accuracy of AI-generated content in Psychiatry to enhance model outputs.
  • Provide structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and coverage across datasets.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience in Psychiatry.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).

Compensation & Legal

  • Hourly contractor.
