About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Power BI Administrator to manage and support our enterprise reporting environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administering Power BI and Tableau platforms, ensuring seamless report delivery, user access management, and platform stability. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, optimizing performance, and supporting business users through incident resolution and service requests.

In this role, you will:

  • Resolve incidents and catalog tasks (Requests) received from business users via the ServiceNow portal, ensuring closure within SLA.
  • Handle report/dashboard migration requests (move reports from
  • Create and enhance various dashboards and self-service reports based on client requirements.
  • Manage access provisioning for users in Power BI and Tableau dashboards using Access Central.
  • Perform application upgrades for Power BI and Tableau to the latest versions.
  • Conduct housekeeping activities including:

    a. Cleanup of unused reports

    b. Decommissioning of unused Active Directories

    c. Unsubscribing disabled reports/schedules

What you need to have to be considered

  • 5+ years of experience in IT related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong experience in Power BI administration, including workspace management, gateway configuration, and licensing.
  • Familiarity with Tableau Server administration and user provisioning.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Access Central, and role-based access control.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
