Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Beauty Marketing Specialist to join our growing medical aesthetics team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of beauty industry trends, digital marketing, and customer psychology. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, creating engaging content, and driving client acquisition for our clinic. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, understands beauty consumer behavior, and knows how to translate it into impactful marketing strategies.

Duties

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.

Create high-quality beauty-related content such as photos, videos, promotional copy, and treatment education posts.

Plan and design clinic promotions, seasonal campaigns, membership programs, and client referral initiatives.

Maintain and optimize the clinic's social media presence to increase engagement, visibility, and follower growth.

Collaborate with practitioners to produce before/after content, treatment highlights, and educational materials.

Assist with basic graphic design tasks such as posters, flyers, digital ads, and in-clinic promotional materials.

Monitor marketing analytics and generate monthly reports to evaluate campaign performance.

Support event planning including open house events, workshops, and product launches.

Stay updated on beauty trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in beauty, medical aesthetics, or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of beauty/aesthetics consumer trends and social media marketing.

Proficiency in content creation (short videos, photography, editing tools such as CapCut/Photoshop/Canva).

Basic knowledge of skincare, treatments, and beauty terminology is an asset.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of aesthetics and branding.

English required; additional languages are an asset.
