Product Specialist – Sales

Colbourne Auto Group is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Product Specialist – Sales to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning vehicle technology, and delivering a first-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and build rapport in a professional, friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits with confidence
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process from start to finish
  • Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective buyers
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up consistently
  • Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service teams
  • Represent Colbourne Auto Group with integrity and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Sales experience is an asset, but not required — we will train the right candidate
  • Comfortable learning and explaining vehicle features and technology
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
