Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Montreal, QC. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for rent collection, budgeting, paying expenses, maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks and utilizing accounting software. Additional responsibilities may include supporting overall financial management and collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bookkeeping
  • Experience using Accounting Software and a strong understanding of Finance principles
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site with a team and demonstrate reliability
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant financial field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an asset
