In addition, we recognize the ever-increasing cost of living in BC and therefore ensure all our drivers are paid weekly. No more waiting for a delayed pay cheque that is so needed

We offer newer international trucks and have our own in-house shop with mobile service on site meaning little to no down time 

All highway and City loads are 53 foot dry and reefer trailers delivered within BC only to Costco warehouses in Kamloops, Kelowna, Prince George and the Lower Mainland. All deliveries are pin to pin drop switches or live unloads therefore no hand bombing, no tarping, no strapping, no hard labour

$0.7380/ MILE FOR KAMLOOPS 
$0.8089/ MILE FOR KELOWNA
$0.7105/ MILE FOR PRINCE GEORGE 

OUR CITY RATES START AT 
$27.43 / HOUR

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
-  3% RRSP matching program.   
- Medical and Dental Benefits paid by XTL after 3 month's probation with 100% of premiums paid by us 
- Paid hourly wait time for breakdowns, road closures, and warehouse delays
- $3000 referral bonus for each driver referred 
- $30 chain up bonus per trip paid during the winter season if chaining up is required
- $100 bonus paid (on top of miles run) when working an additional day over your scheduled 5 day week.
- Additional paid pick-ups available on Prince George and Kelowna deliveries
- Average of 2300 to 2800 miles per week depending on your flexibility.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 
- You have a class 1 Driver's License
- You have 2-year minimum mountain winter experience required hauling 53 ft trailers (dry and reefer).
- You have a clean driver's abstract required (no more than 5 demerit points)
- You are willing to complete a Criminal Record check

SCHEDULES

  • Monday PM to Friday PM Kamloops next morning 6 AM deliveries plus reload x 1 (mostly involves backhauls from Kamloops (pick up time: 8am - 10am)
  • Wednesday to Saturday x 1 Flex (PG/Kam/Kel and city when needed) - Start times vary between 12pm to 4pm, evening and early morning deliveries when needed
  • Saturday to Wednesday x 1 Flex (PG/Kam/Kel and city when needed) - Start times vary between 12pm to 4pm, evening and early morning deliveries when needed
  • Wednesday to Saturday x 1 Flex (PG/Kam/Kel and city when needed) - Start times vary between 12pm to 4pm, evening and early morning deliveries when needed
  • Part Time Highway PM x 5 (Saturday, Sunday on call)
