What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and make them feel at home.
  • Keep appointments on track and manage client flow.
  • Answer questions and connect clients with the right tax expert.
  • Handle payments and keep records accurate.
  • Support the team with office tasks and organization.

  • Strong people skills and a love for helping others.
  • Organized, reliable, and ready to learn.
  • Comfortable with computers and basic office tools.
  • Open availability—days, evenings, weekends.
