The Opportunity

As Site Supervisor, you'll be the on-the-ground leader for multiple high-end and multiplex projects within a designated quadrant of the city. You'll be responsible for ensuring every detail, from permits to finishes, is executed flawlessly. This is a dynamic role for an individual who excels in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading daily site operations across several luxury custom homes and multi-family builds.
  • Proactively planning schedules, permits, and trade coordination to keep projects on track.
  • Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, resolving issues before they impact progress.
  • Enforcing strict quality standards, especially for high-end finishes and custom details.
  • Managing inspections, permits, and compliance with local building codes.
  • Building strong relationships with trades, motivating teams, and keeping priorities aligned.
  • Monitoring budgets and timelines, flagging any site-level decisions that affect cost or delivery.
  • Communicating clearly with clients, designers, and internal teams.
  • Mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth of our internal talent.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 7+ years of residential construction experience, including custom homes and multi-family projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, and permitting.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.
  • Proactive scheduling and planning skills.
  • Proven leadership and accountability with trades and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Comfort with project management software and digital site tools.
