Position:

As a member of the Chancellor Park interdisciplinary team, the successful candidate will perform housekeeping and/or laundry duties including: sanitizing resident bedrooms and bathrooms, changing bed linens, cleaning common areas, mopping and washing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, distributing supplies, sorting laundry, loading washers and dryers, collecting resident laundry and garbage for disposal. Housekeeping/Laundry personnel take direction from the Housekeeping Manager regarding daily work assignments.

Hours of Work:

Casual/On Call. Rotational shifts (including weekends). Schedule to be determined in accordance with operational requirements.

Qualifications:

· High school graduation or equivalent

· Experience in housekeeping and laundry services is required

· Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

· Flexibility to work different shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

· Certificate of Good Conduct, Vulnerable Sector Check

· WHMIS certification, or willingness to obtain

· Medical Certificate including evidence of TB testing and immunizations

Salary/Benefits:

Salary and Benefits are in accordance with Chancellor Park and UFCW Collective Agreement.
