HMG Content Creator / Social Media manager.

Our agency is looking for an automotive, diesel / powersports enthusiast to join our team

You will be a playing a key role in creating, editing and implementing high level content for some of the biggest brands in the aftermarket space

Own your day-to-day social channels and the full content pipeline—from ideation and shooting to editing, publishing, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Plan, script, and produce short‑form video (8–30s) and complementary stills optimized for vertical/mobile placements across IG, FB, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Capture product demos, quick how‑tos, and micro-features; maintain a consistent cadence that ladders into hero campaigns and seasonal moments.
  • Ensure all assets reflect each client's brand voice and visual system.

Social Channel Management

  • Own the editorial calendar: schedule posts, stories, and live sessions; manage comments/DMs; and cultivate daily engagement.
  • Build community with UGC/creator features
  • Drive "System Sell" storytelling

Paid Social & Optimization

  • Plan and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (and other platforms), selecting objectives (awareness, traffic, conversions), audiences, placements, and budgets.
  • Lean into Reels/Advantage placements and short‑form formats; expand audience testing and retargeting for high‑engagement cohorts.
  • Monitor performance and iterate creatives/targets based on weekly results. Document learnings and ROI drivers.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Map content to seasonal prep cycles (winter snow; spring ATV/UTV; summer marine & ramps; fall trailer‑prep) with quarterly hero campaigns supported by Reels, static posts, and paid.
  • Partner with sales and account teams to align priorities by SKU and campaign; contribute to shoot lists and field production days.
  • Maintain a tidy asset library and track usage rights across creators, dealers, and clients.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own weekly dashboards and 30/90‑day reviews: reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, video views, saves, shares, and cost metrics; translate insights into action.
  • Present clear narratives around what's working (creative, audience, placement) and what's next.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in social media, content, or digital marketing (agency or brand‑side), ideally within automotive/powersports or adjacent enthusiast categories.
  • Portfolio demonstrating short‑form video craft (shooting, editing, motion/title overlays)
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager; comfort reading performance data and making creative/audience decisions.
  • Strong copywriting for social captions; familiarity with UGC workflows and creator partnerships.
  • Organized, fast, and collaborative; able to handle multiple products/brands simultaneously.
  • MUST be detail oriented.
  • Willingness for occasional travel with the HMG team for Vlog style content.
  • Valid Drivers License
