Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as General Labourers. In this hands‑on role, you will assist with dock and boat lift installations, repairs, and general site work. This position involves outdoor, physical work and is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with dock and boat lift installations, repairs, and removals
  • Work in and around the water safely and efficiently
  • Support the Crew Lead and other team members on job sites
  • Load and unload trucks and barges
  • Handle tools, materials, and equipment as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Comfortable with physical labour and working outdoors in varying conditions
  • Ability to work in and around water (swimming ability considered an asset)
  • Dependable, punctual, and a team player
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • Previous construction, marine, or waterfront experience is an asset (not required)
  • Valid driver's license is an asset
