Job Description:

The Bilingual Senior People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering expert-level HR support within HR Shared Services, handling complex inquiries and providing high-quality service across a variety of HR processes. This role will support the HR Shared Services team by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What will you do?

Employee Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, processes, and systems. Respond to and resolve complex HR inquiries related to employment life cycle transactions. Escalate cases to management as needed

HR Data Management and Integrity:

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data within HRIS and other systems. Perform regular audits to maintain data quality, compliance, and consistency across HR Shared Services

Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and reduce manual tasks. Partner with the HR Shared Services team to implement process enhancements and document standard operating procedures

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Benefits, and other teams to address complex issues and ensure cohesive service delivery. Act as a liaison between HR Shared Services and other departments for seamless collaboration

Reporting and Analytics Support:

  • Generate and analyze HR reports, using data-driven insights to manage operational tasks and enhance HR service delivery

Policy and Compliance Adherence:

  • Ensure that all HR processes adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and relevant labor laws. Stay up-to-date on policy updates and communicate changes effectively to the HR Shared Services team

Mentorship and Guidance:

  • Assist in training and mentoring team members on HR processes, systems, and service delivery best practices. Share expertise to support team development and build a knowledge-sharing culture

Project Participation:

  • Actively participate in HR Shared Services projects, such as system upgrades, policy rollouts, and change initiatives. Support project planning, execution, and employee communication to facilitate successful implementation

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
