Right at Home of Southwestern Illinois is an in-home care provider seeking to hire purpose driven caregivers in Madison, Monroe, and St Clair counties that can make a difference in the lives of others by helping people stay in the comfort and safety of their own home. We offer 1 one 1 care experiences, providing safe environments for our caregivers and clients during these uncertain times.

Must Haves

· Must have a high degree of compassion & driven to help others

· Must possess a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and your own vehicle

· Must have a smartphone (Be able to download an app for clocking in and out)

· Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check

· Must be able to be on call/work 2 weekends per month

· Must have a high school diploma or GED

General Job Functions

· Provide 1 on 1 cares with your client in the comfort and SAFETY of their home.

· Assist with ADLs & IADLs (Personal Care & Companion Care)

· Meal planning and preparation

· Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments

· Perform light house keep activities

Schedule

· Full time and part time hours available / Monday-Friday and Weekends

· Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights
