Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Manage heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from occupants or visitors.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or required repairs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience is preferred
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
