In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and practitioners. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments through our online booking software, processing payments and insurance claims
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a receptionist is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
