Summary

We are looking for experienced and competent Journeyman Electricians (309A license) with strong experience in rigid conduit installation and data cable pulling. The position will become a Unionized job with IBEW 353 Local and the successful applicant will act as Electrical team lead in various projects across Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment specially Rigid Conduits and Data Cables.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems.
  • Provide technical support to clients as needed.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  • Qualifications
  • Valid Journeyperson Electrician license or equivalent certification.
  • 309A license
  • 631A License is a plus
  • Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
