The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Support Service Clerk to join our Energy Delivery Finance team in a temporary position.
Key Elements Of This Role Include
- As a valued member of the Energy Delivery Finance team dedicated to providing excellent customer service, you will ensure efficient flow of work within the team by carrying out responsibilities which include processing time entry for payroll.
- You will have full knowledge of PeopleSoft for updating and processing time entry for employees.
- You must be available to function in an administrative support role to the management team during emergency power restoration activities.
- You will be responsible for personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.
- You will be accountable for environmental performance as it relates to the environmental management system processes and initiatives.
These Skills Will Make You Successful
To thrive in this role, you recognize yourself in most of the following competencies and skills listed below:
- You possess a Grade XII education or equivalent, office administration training, plus a minimum two years related experience.
- You have a sound knowledge of current office practices; strong organizational and prioritization skills, effective oral and written communication skills.
- You are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You are well acquainted with PeopleSoft and Maximo, as well as Microsoft Office software packages.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are important. A high level of proficiency in data entry is required. You must demonstrate your commitment to personal development.
