What You'll Be Doing
The Program & Financial Management Team team leads the strategic and transformational projects of the CIBC Contact Centre. We deliver client experience improvements, productivity benefits, and resiliency for the Contact Centre via new technology capabilities, process automation, and AI. Reporting to the Director, Project Manager, the Project Co-ordinator Co-op will work on large scale projects that drive transformation & optimization of the Contact Centre, delivering cutting edge technology related to AI and digitization. Learn about all stages of the project lifecycle by having the ability to work on initiatives at various stages – from strategy to delivery to project management. Partner with stakeholders from across the Enterprise and work on a fun, dynamic, and fast-paced team

  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

  • This is a 4-month co-op opportunity.

  • Planning and coordination: Interact with team members and stakeholders to encourage engagement and connection. You prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks concurrently with strong organization skills.
  • Deliver with speed: You make sure we're delivering on time, within scope and budget, and are future proofed. You can manage multiple priorities at the same time and iterate effectively.
  • Teamwork: Help internal partners make informed conclusions about the development of programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.
  • Communications: Support ongoing communications between peers, stakeholders, business- owners and partners regarding project impacts.
