  • As a Finance team member, demonstrate business acumen and partnership to the broader organization through asking questions, demonstrating curiosity and challenging status-quo in the spirit of continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance collaboration environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Finance policies and procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of the Company's financial records.
What are we looking for?
  • CPA professional accounting designation and a related university degree and three years of experience in financial management; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Understand translation of foreign entities' financial statements to a reporting currency, as well as principles of Consolidation Accounting.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial reports for accuracy and reasonableness and to prepare and maintain various supporting schedules.
  • Experience in the areas of business analysis, business transformation, organizational effectiveness, and business process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritizing skills, with accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge and expertise of accounting systems, budgets and internal controls.
  • Strong computer skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel and MS Word; experience with an ERP system an asset.
