Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our Restaurant , providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. You will assist customers with their purchases, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and your knowledge of our products will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
  • Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale systems.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer service.
  • Stay informed about promotions, new products, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.

Skills

  • Proven experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently to engage customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
