Role Overview:

As a
Software Team Lead
, you will guide a talented group of engineers working on groundbreaking technologies. You will play a key role in designing and implementing software systems that will power next-generation computing. This is a leadership position with

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams across different domains to ensure seamless integration of technology.
  • Help define and drive the long-term vision for the software stack, ensuring its scalability to meet future challenges.
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture, focused on growth, collaboration, and achieving results.
  • Lead the team through complex software challenges while ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience
    : 8+ years in software development, including at least 4 years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
  • Technical Skills
    : Expertise in Python and modern software architecture. Experience building scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Quantum Technologies
    : Exposure to quantum computing or quantum-adjacent technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Leadership
    : Proven track record in leading teams, setting goals, and driving results while fostering team growth.
  • Communication
    : Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Education
    : A background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field is preferred.
