The Position: Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator with 519 Painters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects run efficiently from planning to completion. This role is full-time, in-office at:

1 Holborn Ave, London, Ontario

Your responsibilities include:

Scheduling & Job Coordination

● Schedule up to 40 job sites per day, ensuring efficient routing and workflow

● Coordinate daily logistics for painting, staining, and epoxy projects

● Update and manage the CRM, including color-coded job types

● Align crews, job sequences, timelines, and client preferences

● Prepare and distribute daily schedules to all team members

Materials & Equipment Planning

● Order paint, stain, epoxy, and equipment ahead of time to ensure seamless job execution

● Track material delivery timelines and maintain inventory oversight

● Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment

Client Communication

● Coordinate with homeowners to confirm scheduling, expectations, and project details

● Provide updates and respond to questions professionally and promptly

● Assist with changes in schedule and project scope

Administrative & Support Duties

● Work with the owner/admin team to prep projects for upcoming weeks

● Document change orders and communicate adjustments with both clients and crews

● Support the flow of projects to ensure that quality and client satisfaction remain high
