Dielco Electric Ltd., is a full-service, driven, and growing electrical construction company specializing in industrial, institutional and municipal projects across SW Ontario.
Our team is passionate about quality workmanship, safety, and innovation. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman or Journeyman who's ready to grow with us and take on leadership opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on professional who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll play a key role in managing field installations, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring our projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. The hours of work for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm. Weekend or evening work is required depending on project schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate electrical installations on industrial projects
- Meet with clients to deliver work from concepts to completion
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics
- Supervise and mentor apprentices and electricians
- Ensure all work meets current electrical codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Monitor project progress, material usage, and site productivity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario 309A Electrical License
- Minimum 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Previous foreman or lead-hand experience considered a strong asset
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license
