South Trail Kia, one of the largest Kia Dealerships in Southern Alberta, is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and experienced Sales Consultant to join their team

Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task will allow you to excel in this role.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and ensuring high customer satisfaction with every client and generating department revenue through the sale of vehicles and promotion of office products.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and complete the sale of vehicles in an appropriate, professional, and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service
  • Have up-to-date product knowledge of all vehicles and all competitive products and services
  • Service all allocated sales inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion

Requirements:

  • Post secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year automotive or retail sales experience
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
  • Product knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and ensure that the quality and quantity of work meets expectations
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's record
  • Computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and PBS

Pay and Hours of Work:

  • Shift work + weekends, rotating shifts
  • 100% commission-based pay
