Bachelor's degree or equal college diploma/certificate.

· Must have some related experience.

· Must have a vehicle to travel around GTA if required.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, PC hardware, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, routers, etc.)

· Extensive knowledge of computer parts and networking systems.

· Good communication skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain the organization's Data.

· A+ certificate is a strong asset.

· Effective team player and an excellent communicator.

· Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.

· Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and install computer parts, hardware, and applications.

· Perform troubleshooting of issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware.

· Assist clients in resolving various issues related to their computer infrastructure.

· Perform repairs, upgrades, and related services.

· Provide remote and onsite technical support for customers.

· Provide technical information to clients on available products and services to meet their needs.

· Deploying and installing workstations, printers, and networking equipment.

· Schedule and manage maintenance agreements.

· Complete work orders, tests, and maintenance reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Education:

  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

  • Computer networking: 1 year (required)
  • Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
