Join one of Canada's fastest-growing insurance brokerages and explore the opportunity to open your own Branch Office with Fairstar Insurance.

We're seeking a highly motivated, experienced RIBO- or OTL-licensed insurance broker (minimum 3–5 years) who can lead a team and ideally brings an existing book of business. This is a unique opportunity for driven professionals ready to grow into branch ownership with full support, training, and access to major markets.

Job Description

  • Lead the branch with a focus on growth and sound underwriting practices to maintain a profitable book
  • Demonstrate expertise in business development, risk management, and client relationship management
