What We Offer

Highlights of the Role
Planning: Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities for maximum efficiency. Leadership: Guide tradespeople to achieve departmental and site objectives. Systems: Manage the CMMS system to minimize operational interruptions. Optimization: Maximize productivity and work quality of the maintenance team. Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.What You Offer
Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment. Technical: Mechanical aptitude, knowledge of maintenance practices, and experience with CMMS. Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance planning/scheduling in manufacturing or a related field.Who We Are
