Job Description
We are looking for reliable, customer-focused Budtenders to join our cannabis retail team at our Colwood and Tillicum Mall locations. This is a seasonal part time position with the potential to be permanent. The ideal candidate has the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time hours based on scheduling needs.
Evening and weekend availability is essential for this role to meet our staffing needs. Flexibility with shifts throughout the week, including daytime (8:45 AM to 4:45 PM) and evening shifts (3:30 PM to 11:00 PM), is highly valued.

Applicants should have:
- Selling It Right certification (required)
- At least one year of retail or sales experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Cash handling experience
- Inventory experience (asset)
- Ability to lift, bend, and climb ladders
- Basic knowledge of cannabis products (asset)
- Comfortable working in small teams and in close proximity with others
- Ability to enforce BC Cannabis regulations, including strict ID verification
- Must be bondable
- Expected to use Slack for team communication and updates
- Expected to use the Push app for scheduling and accessing paystubs
- Driving is an asset
We are a family-owned business seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team Our cannabis stores operate from 9 AM to 11 PM, and we're currently looking to fill evening and weekend shifts. Cannabis knowledge is a plus but not required. We offer a fast-paced, fun environment with plenty of room for growth and advancement within the company.
Employees with cannabis experience or significant retail experience will start at $21/hour. As part of the 4 Mile Group, which also owns 4 Mile Brewpub & Restaurant and 4 Mile Liquor Stores in View Royal and Colwood, we pride ourselves on offering our team opportunities to grow as we expand our business.
