Richelieu Hardware is looking for an Order Desk employee for a temporary full-time position to cover a maternity leave (around 12 months) at our Pleasant Side, Saskatoon, SK location.

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:

  • Helping walk-in customers.
  • Answering customer phone calls, emails, and faxes.
  • Entering customer orders and credits accurately and promptly.
  • Take on a variety of duties for the efficiency of the branch.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma.
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Good computer skills and typing speed.
  • Able to multi-task and keep organized.
  • Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:30 regular shift.
