The Control Engineering Support (CE) performs control engineering activities across one or several train functions, covering all stages from architectural definition to detailed specification. The role includes developing interfaces, Pure Principle Schemes (PPS), and Logical Diagrams (LD3) while ensuring compliance engineering standards, methodologies, and project timelines.

Your role


• Perform control engineering activities for assigned functions, from architecture to detailed design.


• Develop and maintain interfaces, Pure Principle Schemes (PPS), and Logical Diagrams (LD3).


• Ensure compliance with standard methodologies, processes, and project requirements.


• Contribute to issue resolution, escalation, and closure of open points in a timely manner.


• Support subcontractors to ensure the quality and consistency of outsourced control engineering work.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, system, and validation teams.


• Participate in design and technical reviews to validate control system integration and functionality.

Your skills and experience


• Knowledge of control engineering principles, train function design, and system integration.


• Experience with functional specification, logical diagrams, and PPS development.


• Understanding of project engineering processes, change management, and interface control.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.


• 2–5 years of experience in control system design, specification, and integration, ideally in railway, automotive, or industrial automation projects.
