CBI Health Courtenay is a dedicated, diverse clinical team and we're hoping to expand our clinics capacity. We are privileged to have experienced clinicians with specialized practice, including TMJ, vestibular, and needling. This means this is a great place to learn and grow if you're a new grad, or if you want to build a complimentary practice, we'd love to hear your ideas Our goal for each team member is to have you feel comfortable exploring your role, have the flexibility to learn new skills, and contribute to the team culture in a positive way.
Our newly renovated clinic has multiple open workout areas, private treatment rooms, a general treatment area, as well as several private offices for clinician use. We work closely with disability funders, WorkSafe BC, ICBC, and our CBI network to serve a wide variety of clients, as well as liaising with physicians and other medical services regarding private referrals. We emphasize active rehabilitation and patient accountability with individualized care and attention to our patients, aiming to provide durable results and help get our clients back on track. Our goal is to offer client-centred care via the best possible experience from the moment they walk in the door to discharge. We pride ourselves on collaborative care and problem solving and are a looking for a like-minded professional to join our small-but-mighty team

This is a full time permanent role located at 780 Grant Avenue, Suite 103, Courtenay, BC.
Take an inside look at what you'll do each day
- You will work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being
- You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing clinical caseloads, and for the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services
- You will participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients
- You promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and community

- You are a graduate of a recognized School of Physiotherapy - new grads welcome
- You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia (or have interim status)
- You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development

Salary Range: $50.00-$150.00 per hour (Commission pay model)
