About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst to support cross-functional teams by translating business needs into data-driven insights and scalable analytical solutions. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and operations to evaluate technical options, improve delivery reliability, and inform platform-level decisions through data, documentation, and structured analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business and operational requirements into clear analytical specifications, partnering with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation
  • Analyze system, product, and operational data to support decision-making across hardware, software, and platform initiatives
  • Evaluate solution options and technical tradeoffs, providing data-backed recommendations aligned with business objectives, cost considerations, and delivery constraints
  • Assess AI-driven and cloud-based solutions for feasibility, risk, performance, and cost efficiency to support scalable analytics and platform decisions
  • Develop and maintain structured documentation, data definitions, and analysis frameworks to improve clarity and consistency across teams
  • Support delivery reliability by contributing to prioritization frameworks, iterative planning cycles, and post-implementation analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify data gaps, improve data quality, and ensure analytics outputs meet operational and leadership needs
  • Present insights and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Data Analyst, Analytics, or similar role supporting cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured data requirements
  • Experience evaluating technical solutions, system tradeoffs, or platform decisions using data
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data pipelines, or AI-enabled tools (evaluation or implementation)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with experience working in iterative or agile environments
  • Ability to balance analytical depth with business context and delivery timelines

Nice to Have

  • Experience working alongside engineering or platform teams
  • Exposure to AI/ML use cases, cloud cost analysis, or system performance evaluation
  • Background in process improvement, operational analytics, or platform optimization
