Oulton College is currently seeking Practical Nursing Clinical Instructors to join our Nursing Faculty. As a Clinical Instructor, you'll play a vital role in shaping future nurses, ensuring they graduate with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in diverse healthcare settings.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and mentor nursing students during clinical placements in the Moncton area
Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster skill development in real-world environments
Support the integration of classroom learning with clinical practice
Promote professional attitudes and practices that reflect excellence in patient care
- Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Good standing with the ANBLPN (Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses) and/or NANB (Nurses Association of New Brunswick)
- Minimum of five years of recent and relevant experience as an LPN.
- Previous experience teaching at an educational institute is an asset
- Ability to apply the theory, practices, and principles of adult education.
