Wideman Property Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily landscaping, grounds maintenance, and seasonal snow removal operations.
This position combines on-site supervision with operational coordination, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient service delivery across client properties.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate grounds maintenance and snow removal crews
- Assign daily tasks, schedules, and routes
- Inspect work sites to ensure quality and safety compliance
- Coordinate tools, equipment, and materials
- Communicate with clients regarding service needs
- Maintain records, schedules, and service reports
- Train staff on job procedures and safety practices
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or snow removal
- Supervisory or team lead experience required
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
