The Debt Services department within MUFG Investor Services supports internal and external clients for all their Loan Administration needs. The department focuses on the Debt Asset class and caters for all the set up, maintenance and activity associated for all Debt instruments.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Debt Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of a client portfolio, including direct interaction with clients on often complex matters and daily management of deliverables. A list of key responsibilities include some of the following:

• Daily portfolio maintenance through processing lifecycle events and restructurings
• Review and set up of new securities or deals including any relevant attributes
• Provide reporting services to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide reporting and support the client operations team during the valuation cycle
• Position substantiation on a periodic basis for each portfolio

This is a backfill position

Pay Range: 71, ,500 CAD

• Experience in fund operations, fund accounting or accounting is an asset but not required
• Working level of competency with MS Office
• Good educational background in a numeric field
• Familiarity with loans, credit, bonds would be an added advantage
