Colour Coordinator, Apparel.What you'll do:
  • Track and analyze lab dips to ensure timely approval against production calendar.

  • Implement lab dip requests through collaboration with internal and external partners.

  • Review and Approve/Reject on all print strike off submissions.

  • Review and Approve/Reject lab dips (fabrics, yarns) for quality and visual consistency using visual assessment in a light box.

  • Handle library of physical colour standards and palettes.

  • Partner with manager for colour approval exceptions/issues.

  • Ensure critical colour matching across materials bases and projects.

  • Ensure data accuracy in PLM system.

  • Maintain Lab Dip approval binders and lab dip filing.

  • Manage relationships with external vendor partners and mill.

  • Supporting Colourist on other duties as needed.

  • Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.


What you bring:
  • BA OR BS in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, or other relevant area of study or experience.

  • 2 years of experience.

  • Must pass Munsell 100 Colour Test and have a trained colour eye.

  • Expert knowledge of dyeing and finishing processes.

  • Strong knowledge of fabric construction / finishing properties and how that can affect colour.

  • Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize workloads, meet critical deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communicator, verbal and written. Strong and confident presentation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Suite-Illustrator.

  • Familiar with PLM system.
