We're seeking driven, outgoing Sales Representatives to help homeowners discover the benefits of permanent LED lighting. You'll receive hands-on training in proven sales strategies and mentorship from experienced leaders. This is a performance-based role with strong weekly pay potential, perfect for students or professionals looking for flexible hours and real-world sales experience.
What You'll Do
- Generate leads through local marketing, events, and neighborhood outreach
- Present and demo our permanent LED lighting systems to homeowners
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and professionalism
- Set appointments and close deals with support from leadership
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, confident, and competitive personality
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- No prior sales experience required — we provide training
- College students in Business, Marketing, or Communications are encouraged to apply, but this role is open to anyone ambitious and eager to earn
- Weekly Pay Range: $600 – $1,000 part-time | $1,500 – $3,000 full-time
- High commission structure — top reps earn thousands per month
- Flexible schedule to fit around school or other commitments
