Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vernon, BC for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain compliance with retail policies. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, leading and motivating the store team, ensuring proper inventory management, and implementing loss prevention measures. The Store Manager will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive in-store environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, Store Management, and Retail Loss Prevention skills to oversee operations and safeguard store assets
  • Exceptional Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills to build a loyal customer base and maintain a positive store environment
  • Proficiency in staff development, teamwork, and problem-solving
  • Ability to analyze sales trends and execute strategic initiatives to meet business goals
  • Previous retail management experience is preferred
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
